HOW TO ORDER
The total choice of models, material options, payment system, and/or combinations thereof are in "abundance". If you have not yet made your decision regarding the type of unit, the building option (basic, standard, premium, or superior), and the payment option we provide the guidelines below. It may take some time and effort, however, the result will be satisfying.
A. ORDER
Step 1: Chose a model from one of our detail model pages. Review the architectural drawings which can be viewed for each unit, depending on your model choice. If done, continue with the next step, or you may first jump to step 4 to save time and continue later with step 2 and 3. After you have e-mailed your inquiry continue with step 2. Summarizing this step: Open < Bali wooden prefab homes > choose the number of bedrooms and opt for either all bedroom units or a special size and open the architectural drawings
Step 2: Scrutinize the drawings that you opened. If you are confident that this is what you are looking for continue with the next step.
Step 3: Determine the building option (basic, standard, premium, or superior). To open the special building options page: < build options >
Step 4: Enquire about our price list < prices of the units > (you will be emailed a download code within one day). If the price suits continue with the next step
Step 5: Chose a payment system that suits you best. Check < payment system >
Once you are satisfied and confident you may contact us via de form below and state the model code number of your choice, the material option, and the required payment system. We will e-mail you a draft Agreement for your perusal. If this is in accord, both parties have duly signed the Agreement and the first payment installment has been received by us the pre-fabrication will start.
If you would like to have a unit built based on your design we advise you to review this page < custom design >
B. SUPPLY
The supply of the home will be done by container. All parts of the kit will be neatly packed and stuffed with the items that are first needed in front of the container. Depending on the shipment agreement with the cargo forwarder, the container will either be delivered at the nearest port or to your doorstep.
C. RE-ASSEMBLY
The assembly process is very simple and easy to do. You will receive a 3-D assembly manual (similar to an IKEA © kit), where all parts are neatly numbered and coded. For an example refer to < assembly manual >. No need to engage a contractor if you have some DIY experience and a few friends to help and assist you.
D. OUTSOURCING
Though our prefab houses are very easy to re-assemble with little DIY experience there may be situations when a client wishes that our company re-assemble the unit or units at the client's end.
Based on an experience of 35 years in outsourcing Prefabworld Bali International has developed a detailed 11-page outsourcing document that covers the whole range of issues to deal with both for the client and our company during an outsourcing period, such as working hours, holidays, travel, illness, accidents, insurances, etc., etc.
We have an abstract available of our outsourcing document which you may inquire for. This abstract is only a global overview of inter-party regulations and does not contain details. Paragraphs containing sensitive and/or personal information have been omitted in the abstract. Nonetheless, it provides a clear view of how we have arranged the outsourcing of our staff and workers. A copy of the full outsourcing document can be requested in case a project agreement has been signed and after we have received a first project payment.
