Copying
COPYING FROM OUR WEBSITE

Dear Visitor,
It is said that imitation is the sincerest form of flattery. In the world of Prefabworld Bali International (the Bali Wood "World" which is the center of Prefab Housing fabrication in Indonesia where it all happens), several knock-off companies feel that our designs and innovative ideas are the ones to imitate. Of course, buyers should be aware that copying the external appearance of a design does not mean that someone who lacks formal engineering or architectural training would properly copy the important details such as the structural connections, beam sizing, and truss design (in particular for cyclone-prone areas), whereas copying our innovative ideas may show their lack of talent.
MAKING COPIES OF OUR WEBSITE DRAWINGS, PICTURES OR TEXT? READ THIS SERIOUS ALERT BELOW.
• Visitors making copies from our website to gain the benefit, either financial or otherwise are not welcome.
• All drawings, pictures, and text on this website are for viewing only and are protected under the USA Copyright Act.
• No part of this website or any of its contents may be reproduced, copied, modified, or adapted, without the prior written consent of Prefabworld Bali International
Our designs, pictures, and text shown on our website are protected against copying; however, it is still possible to make copies via the back door (if one knows how to do so). We have spent thousands of hours creating this website to provide a unique service to our visitors. However, the setback is that we are frequently targeted by visitors, competitors, and newcomers in the wooden prefab world who ruthlessly copy our copyrighted drawings, pictures, and text without our consent and permission and use them for their benefit or show them on their websites, claiming to be their designs. We know that our models are frequently copied by our competitors or visitors who need a free design to avoid engaging a costly architect.
INTERNATIONAL COPYRIGHTS PROTECTION PROTOCOL WHEN COPIES OF OUR MODELS AND PICTURES OR TEXT ARE FOUND ON OTHER WEBSITES.
In the event of plagiarism and depending on the degree of the infringement we will send a formal "Cease and Desist" letter notifying the offending party that they shall immediately remove the stolen content from their website. If this does not solve the problem we will file a notice of Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) infringement with the search engines such as Google, Yahoo, Hotmail, MSN, Hotbot, etc. If our infringement report is found to be legitimate (*) the offending website will be removed and permanently banned from the search engines.
(*) The search engines will review and verify via the international internet database which website was the first to display the contested drawing, picture or text. The party proven to be in default will have its website permanentlyremoved from the search engines.
