PRICES OF OUR WOODEN PREFABRICATED UNITS
Rough ballpark figures for single storey structures range from $45 – $170 per ft2 or $484 – $1,829 per m2 (*), depending on the type of build option (basic, standard, premium or superior) and added options for full termite protection and/or cyclone rating.

Note: Prices mentioned above are rough ballpark figures. You need to use the form below for a price list enquiry if you need an exact price for any individual unit.
In order to obtain the prices for each different unit you may either download the PDF price list or the Excel interactive price list, or both. The PDF price list shows the closest average prices. The Excel interactive price list shows the current 100% accurate prices. You may start with the PDF price list for a general price indication and later apply the Excel price list to arrive at the current and 100% accurate prices for a model.
Differences between the PDF price list and the interactive may vary between 5% and 10%.
The PDF price list shows the flat prices for the basic, standard, premium and superior build option, while the interactive price list provides all the latest prices for the same options but in addition will allow you to have the price automatically upgraded for any unit to be built in tropical cyclone areas (hurricanes and typhoons) and/or add a full termite resistant upgrade.
CATALOGUE
Our company does not carry a catalog for the following reasons: All of our models are showcased on our website and can be viewed in detail. The models are sometimes subject to updates and modifications. As a result, a new catalog needs to be printed which are significant costs. In contrast, the remaining catalogs need to be discarded, which is a waste and considered not environmentally friendly.
BUILD OPTIONS (as listed on our price lists)
The unique pricing system of Prefabworld Bali International is based on 4 different export materials and building system options. You will not find this system with any other manufacturer in Indonesia. All of our build options can be upgraded to cyclone rating (hurricane or typhoon).
- BASIC OPTION (the cheapest option for the lowest budgets. Not advised for export).
A single-sided building system with low-priced materials. 12 mm thick coconut wood sidings. 18 mm thick Camphor wood flooring. Fixtures: galvanized steel. This option is not recommended for export but will be fine for local building purposes.
- STANDARD OPTION (most sold).
A double-sided building system (exterior and interior sidings + cavity) with mid-priced materials. 22 mm thick exterior Camphor wood boards and 10 mm thick interior cement boards, termite-resistant Bangkirai tropical hardwood for beams and columns, and Camphor tropical hardwood for the flooring. Fixtures: stainless steel grade 304. Upgrade possibilities with 100% termite-resistant Bangkirai. Upgrade with exterior Bangkirai siding and flooring is possible.
- PREMIUM OPTION (an upgraded standard option with higher-grade materials).
A double-sided building system (exterior and interior sidings + cavity). 22 mm thick exterior and 22 mm thick interior boards from Camphor tropical hardwood. 22 mm thick termite-resistant Bangkirai flooring, termite-resistant Bangkirai beams and columns, trusses, and partitions from Camphor wood. Fixtures: stainless steel, grade 316.
- SUPERIOR OPTION (the VVIP option).
Fully termite-resistant. A double-sided building system (exterior and interior sidings + cavity), top-quality materials. The wood used: 25 mm thick termite-resistant Bangkirai flooring, termite-resistant Bangkirai beams and columns, 22 mm thick exterior termite-resistant Bangkirai sidings, and 22 mm interior Camphor wood sidings—fixtures: stainless steel, grade 316.
