OUR FIELD OF OPERATIONS
We are architects, engineers, and wooden prefab home manufacturers (*). We are not ad-hoc consultants, however, we have the full capacity to advise on and design master plans and designs to your wishes and requirements. This will be done against a certain design fee, which is refundable in case we are awarded the prefabrication order.
(*) We do not supply single or separate items not part of a wooden prefab unit, such as single doors, single windows, thatch panels, wooden shingles, wooden boards, glass, paint, fixing materials, etc.
OUR PORTFOLIO
Preparing master plans, building plans (architectural-, electrical-, plumbing- and sewer/stormwater designs), structural analyses (2-D and 3-D), foundation engineering, overwater building engineering, hurricane and earthquake analyses, preparation of technical specifications and tender documents, project supervision, soil investigation, lab testing, and soil strength analyses and last but not least: Prefabrication in wood.
