This is the Beta version of our new website, a pre-release of the site that was given to a group of users to test under real conditions. The beta version has undergone alpha testing in-house and is generally fairly close in look, feel, and function to the final product; however, design changes often occur. We kindly ask the users of this beta version to alert us if any hiccups or dysfunctionality is discovered, so that we have a tool in hand for eventual adjustments and modifications. Beta testing is imperative when writing software because we, as the developers of this website, are too close to the product, and fresh eyes are essential. Beta versions test for potential conflicts as much as usability, in more closed environments such as desktop machines, tablets, and mobile phone platforms. JOOMILL, a website developer from the Netherlands, produced the source and templates for this website. The design, set-up, and contents were prepared by PREFABWORLD BALI INTERNATIONAL. Thousands of hours were spent filling in the text and adding pictures, drawings, and graphs to the site. Copying of particular components shown on this site may be a magnetic catalyst for those who lack formal engineering or architectural training and may copy our innovative ideas, showing their lack of talent. We take copying as a very serious event and we will not hesitate to take stern actions if this happens, even though our website has been well protected against unauthorised copying. New to this site, based on regular requests from visitors, visiting our old website, is the possibility to read in-depth and detailed technical information regarding safety, materials, durability, guarantees, and the craft of the fabrication of wooden prefab houses and structures.
However, not all visitors are interested in technical backgrounds and information, viewing pages that are so often overcrowded with text. As such we aimed to create a website that was easily accessible for those who are only interested in prefab houses and prices, without being distracted by tedious and often indigestible technical articles along the road to their target: the Prefab Houses and prices. These technical articles, referred to as "featured articles", can easily be bypassed without any consequence of losing track of the website destination you are looking for.
CATALOGUE
Visitors to our website regularly request that we send a catalogue. We do not carry a catalogue for reasons that we frequently change/modify and/or add information to our standard models which requires a reprint of the catalogue. This is not only expensive but also a waste of material since we cannot use the remaining (old) catalogues any longer. This website has been set up so that all the information a visitor needs can be found and listed on the site.
