BUILDING CLIENT'S PREFABRICATED UNITS(S) IN BALI BY OUR COMPANY
Are you going to build your prefabricated unit(s) in Bali? Provided you agree with our conditions as outlined below we offer a discount and some special arrangements.
MAIN CONDITION
We will not pre-assemble the unit(s) in our yard but will directly build on the client's land.
Situation A: The unit to be built on the client’s land that already has a house built on it, whether or not occupied by the client
• The land or part of it shall have been made ready for building (1), hence clean and free from debris and unwanted matter,
• Our workers shall be allowed to stay overnight at the client’s end (we will erect a very small and simple temporary dormitory on a spot so as not to disturb the client),
• Unrestricted access by our company at all times to the worker’s facilities, except under certain conditions enforced by the client,
• Accept the sound from drilling, hand planning machines, and other small gear during working hours,
• The workers are to be allowed to do their daily cooking (with gas),
• Electricity during the assembly is to be provided and paid for by the client,
• Temporary connection to the client’s water supply connection for the worker’s bathing and toilet requirements,
• Temporary connection from the dormitory bathing facilities to the client’s wastewater septic system,
• Allowing to have a TV to run in the workers’ dormitory,
• Client shall not interfere with the workers while carrying out their duties and/or give instructions related to the re-assembly of the unit(s),
• Cost for a KIPEM to be borne by the client (KIPEM is the locally monthly required fee for allowing the workers to work and stay overnight in the local community. i.e Banjar).

Total discount for situation A: 
Situation B: The unit to be built on the client’s land does not yet have any facilities (empty land).
• The land or part of it shall have been made ready for building, hence clean and free from debris and unwanted matter
• Our workers shall be allowed to stay overnight at the client’s land (we will erect a very small and simple temporary dormitory)
• The workers are to be allowed to do their daily cooking (with gas)
• We will apply for a temporary electricity connection with PLN. The application costs are to be borne by the client (2)
• The cost for the use of electricity is to be borne by the client
• We drill a water source to a certain depth to reach fresh and clean water. The water will be pure and potable and can be used for its purposes after the prefab unit has been built. The cost for the drilling and the installation of the water pipes is to be borne by the client.
• 2 options for the wastewater system:
B-1: We dig a temporary disposal pit for the wastewater. After the completion of the project, the pit is to be filled with absorbing limestone gravel and covered with soil.
B-2: We build a septic tank that can later be used for the client’s wastewater system
• Allowing to have a TV to run in the workers’ dormitory
• Client shall not interfere with the workers while carrying out their duties and/or give instructions related to the re-assembly of the unit(s)
• Cost for a KIPEM to be borne by the client (KIPEM is the locally monthly required fee for allowing the workers to work and stay overnight in the local community, i.e Banjar)
