Why engage an architect who may charge fancy design fees, when we can do the same for free

PrefabworBaliliI International offers architectural and/or structural design services for clients who wish to build a tropical wooden prefab house based on their own ideas and/or sketches, provided a fabrication order will materialize. The client will pay a certain deposit based on the total footprint of the house to be designed. This deposit (design fee) will be refunded in full after the fabrication order has been awarded to our company. As such the client will obtain a fully free-of-charge set of drawings. The package will comprise a full set of architectural drawings (floor plans, elevations, cross-sections), details, and a structural calculation report (*), as required.
