TURN-KEY PROJECTS services

A turn-key project (also spelled turnkey) is a type of project that is constructed so that it could be sold to a client as a completed product. This is contrasted with build-to-order, where the manufacturer builds an item to the client's exact specifications, or when an incomplete product is sold with the assumption that the client would complete it.
Turn-key is often used to describe a home built on the client's land ready for the client to move in. If a manufacturer builds a "turn-key home" they frame the structure and finish the interior. Everything is completed down to the cabinets and carpet.
