Our coding system is based on more than 22 years of experience with the re-assembling techniques for prefab wooden houses. We designed the houses such that it needs no knowledge of building techniques and can be done with little effort with some experience with DIY and without expensive construction means. The whole structure can be assembled using the bolts that are part of the kit. No nails are used.

The above drawings show a few pages of a 3-dimensional re-assembly manual. Our comprehensive re-assembly manual may comprise 20 to 40 pages, detailing how to re-assemble every prefab part. Each prefab part has a unique number which is shown on the drawing including the fixture bolt. Since a column can be installed in four directions, we will indicate which side of the column faces North. The assembly system is straightforward, does not need the engagement of a contractor and can be done by yourself with the help of a few friends with basic knowledge of DIY.
