The project comprises 5 guest units, 1 large restaurant gazebo, 2 small gazebos, 2 x 2-story houses, an office, and a swimming pool. The project included the prefabrication of the guest units, the gazebos, the electrical system design, foundation design and structural calculations, the sewer- and potable water system design, the stormwater system design, and the building license application (RAB and IMB).

We designed, prefabricated, and built a small restaurant with an underpass overlooking a large rice field.

This villa survived the 6.9 earthquake on October 13, 2011, without a scratch.
The 3-D roof structure was designed to withstand a 7.5 Richter scale tremor.
