NOTE

This was a design prepared by our company at request of the owner after he lost his bar after Hurricane Irma had played havoc on the British Virgin Islands in September 2017 (see picture on the right side). However, this project was never built, since the client made a controversial decision just before the completion of the design which would largely affect the safety of the people visiting the bar.
Since the client never paid for the significant outstanding balance for the design works we offer this design for sale.
